Prince Hall Freemasonry traces its origins to Prince Hall, an African American leader and abolitionist who founded the first Black Masonic lodge in the late 1700s.
From its beginnings, the organization stood for equality, education, and community advancement — values that continue to guide us today.
In Hawaii, the Grand Lodge carries forward this legacy, building a strong foundation of brotherhood and service across the islands.
Through decades of dedication, our members have contributed to their communities, supported one another, and upheld traditions that honour both history and progress.
